These terms explain the basic rules for using Tweeticcini, including billing, availability, cancellations, and the responsibilities that come with using the service.

Service
Tweeticcini is a subscription software service that helps Discord server operators monitor selected Twitter/X sources and manage Discord alert routing, filtering, and escalation behavior.
Acceptable use
Customers agree not to use Tweeticcini for unlawful activity, abuse, spam, credential misuse, or violations of third-party platform terms.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid access is billed on a recurring basis unless canceled. Pricing, plan limits, and premium features may change over time. Customers are responsible for keeping billing information current.
Unless otherwise required by law, subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
Cancellations
Customers may cancel recurring subscriptions before the next renewal period. Access to premium features may continue through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Availability
Tweeticcini is provided on a best-effort basis. Availability may be affected by Discord, Twitter/X, hosting providers, payment providers, or other third-party dependencies.
Suspension and termination
Access to Tweeticcini may be suspended or terminated for abuse, misuse, non-payment, or violations of these terms or third-party platform rules.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tweeticcini is provided without warranties, and the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, unless otherwise required by applicable local consumer protection law.
