Tweeticcini provides subscription software for Discord server owners who want to manage Twitter/X alert routing, filtering, and server-specific notification rules.

To operate the service, Tweeticcini may process limited information such as:

• Discord server identifiers, channel identifiers, and role identifiers
• Configured Twitter/X source usernames
• Guild-level settings, alert rules, and presentation preferences
• Billing-related metadata provided through payment processors, including customer name, email address, billing country or postal information, subscription status, and plan or price identifiers
• Payment-related metadata such as card brand, last four digits, invoice status, and processor-side customer or subscription identifiers
• Operational logs and diagnostic information used to maintain the service

How information is used

• To deliver configured alerts into Discord
• To store and apply source routing, filtering, and escalation rules
• To maintain account security, service reliability, and abuse prevention
• To administer subscriptions and customer support

Third-party services

Tweeticcini relies on third-party services including Discord, Twitter/X-related tooling, hosting providers, and payment providers such as Stripe. Information may be processed by those providers as required to operate the service.

Data retention

Configuration data, logs, and billing-related metadata may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain reliability, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
